Sources & Methodology
No single source is perfect. That's why we combine five different types of sources into one approach—more reliable than any of them on its own.

Peer-reviewed studies are reliable, but not always true to everyday use. Customer reviews capture real experience, but they are subjective. Only the combination gives the full picture.
By analyzing thousands of data points from different sources with AI support, the individual weaknesses cancel each other out—and the result is more reliable than any single source could deliver.
Every relevant source is cited at the end of each article. Errors are corrected in the open and stamped with the date of the correction.
Scientific Studies
Peer-reviewed studies from PubMed and CIR—the objective basis for every ingredient assessment.
Professional Test Reports
Independent testing organizations, regulators and standards bodies—standardized lab data instead of marketing claims.
Platform Ratings
Amazon and other major retailers—thousands of customer reviews, analyzed with AI support.
Social Media Feedback
Instagram, YouTube, Reddit—trends and unfiltered user experience.
Our Own Product Tests
When the data is inconclusive, we buy the product and test it ourselves—the final check.
